	I create test data but can't see individual result Question: I have create test data for my survey and can see and download the monthly results, but when I download the individual results they are empty. What am I doing wrong? Answer: Individual results are not created when you create test data. The test data algorithm only creates summary data for the questions in your survey. You will need to manually create test data to see individual results.
	What is XML? Question: I have heard all about XML and have looked at the XML results of my survey. It doesn't make any sense to me and how can I use it? Answer: XML is a standard format for transfering data between computer system. The W3C organisation defines the XML standard. You can get more infomration and further links at their website at http://www.w3.org/XML/. XML is intended for advances users who want to download their survey results in XML format and use it in a program to do more extensive processing of their data.
